The “VorWart” maintenance programme
provides preventative maintenance to avoid machine breakdowns and expensive repairs, and to maintain DMT lathes’ value and extend service life. In addition, a maintenance contract greatly increases machine availability whilst also facilitating and securing operating cost planning. Maintenance is carried out by DMT service technicians and partners. The service technician records the maintenance service by means of a service report, a check-list and logbook, in which all incidents, working times and material consumption are noted.
